Lost your account number?
Lattice keeps no email, password, or personal account — so we can't email it to you directly. But it's recorded in two places you control through Stripe.
1. Check a renewal receipt
Every renewal receipt Stripe emails you for Lattice VPN prints your account number in its footer. Search your inbox for Lattice VPN account number. Note: your very first receipt won't have it — if you just subscribed, use option 2 or contact support below.
2. Open your billing portal
The Stripe billing portal lets you confirm or manage your subscription. You sign in with the email you paid with — Stripe emails you a secure login link, so only you can get in.
